COMMISSION TYPES

CHARACTER ILLUSTRATIONS
STYLE 1 - sketch style
Flat colors, minimal/no shading, “sketchy” effect.This style is good for making your art pop out to like something from a sketchbook, or something that looks done on paper! It's a simple style that can look lighthearted and add a humble, familiar feel to your character.
STYLE 2 - clean style
Colored flats with some shading and blending.This style makes use of textured lineart and hatching to complement the flat colors, along with some shading and blending to add depth to the piece. This is a good style to pick if you want to cleanly communicate your character's design and personality!
STYLE 3 - rendered style
Full colors and effects, along with fully-rendered lighting.This style implements some painting techniques to help bring out the richness of colors under particular lighting. Best to use this style when you want to take advantage of dramatic lighting to heighten a mood, scene, or emotion from your characters!
NOTES:
- + $5-10 for props (varies on detail)
- + $10+ for non-plain backgrounds (may raise or lower depending on complexity)
- + 70% of base price for additional characters
- + 50% of base price for additional Pokemon/creature (variable by detail)
PENCIL-STULED ILLUSTRATIONS
These stylized illustrations combine the expressive messiness of pencils on paper, along with the vibrancy of colors on digital art! (These are all offered with full body proportions.)
POKEMON+TRAINER PORTRAITS
Show off your Trainer and their trusty partner in one customized portrait!
ICONS
Icons for expressing yourself.These bust-up square icons are best used for avatars or icons for your social media accounts! Ask me to draw yourself, your OCs, or your favorite characters in a specific expression. (NOTE: Upfront payment only.)
CHIBIS
Cute, downsized character styles.My chibi style turns even the fiercest characters into something more adorable to look at! Best for making your characters cute and simpler. (NOTE: Upfront payment only.)
SKETCH COMMISSIONS (Ko-Fi)
Simple, light-colored sketches.These are relatively easier to make and an affordable option for my art commissions, keeping the charm of the roughness and rawness of sketches. Starts at $12!Full details in my Ko-Fi post!

NOTES:** I can do some sort of semi-realism, but I recommend you let me just translate real creatures or people in my style for best results._

Request for a price quote especially if the background will be too detailed or end up being more prominent than the character, since full illustrations will have special rates.*I can also try to make some comics and storyboards for animatics for you.

TERMS of SERVICE
I reserve the right to turn down commission requests.
Asking to copy other artists’ art styles is not allowed.
First paid, first served.
These commissions are strictly for PERSONAL use only. This includes using the art as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, or reference.
Commercial use is NOT ALLOWED. This includes reselling and distributing the artwork, using them as advertising materials, NFTs, blockchain minting, AI training and any uses that profit from my work and promote another person, brand or business. Please email me for formal business concerns instead.
The commissioner is free to modify (crop, put a background, etc) and publicly repost the artwork on their page as they please as long as they credit back to me (bio, caption, etc.). Further modification such as tracing and claiming the art as your own is not allowed.
I, the artist, still keep the rights to the art and post the commission as promotional material (unless the commissioner requests the commission to be kept private, which entails additional fees).
The commissioner is allowed 3 free revisions. An additional $10 will be charged after the 3rd revision and counting.
There will be a +50% rush fee for orders needed 2 weeks upon request.
Please only contact me by email or through any of my art accounts linked in the footer. If needed, Discord can be indicated as communication method, as I do not give my handle publicly.
COMMISSION PROCESS
Queue request - through VGen (for international orders) / in the Google Form (for PHP orders)
Confirmation (thru email or message) - to indicate price quote and agree on details
Payment - invoice will be sent to client
Sketch - will not start until payment
Lineart + Color testing (may skip if on a tight sched)
Low-res preview
Final payment (if w/ down payment)
Delivery of final files
*NOTE: Steps 4-7 are SKIPPED in cheaper commission services without check-ins.The client will receive the hi-res PNG file of the artwork without signatures, and a watermarked version of the artwork.TURNAROUND RATE: 3-4 months.
- Due to queues and other projects, please allow me at least 2 weeks after my sending of the first sketch to finish your commission; if there are any hindrances to reach the deadline, I will inform you immediately.- I may also finish earlier than the given time, with no extra charge (with the exception of commissions on a rush order).By commissioning me and sending a response to the queue form, you agree to my terms and conditions.
PAYMENT METHODS
International: Paypal, Wise (for int'l credit cards)
Philippines: GCash, Paymaya, or BDO bank deposit- Commissions can be paid full upfront or 50% down payment, the other half to be paid before the final artwork is sent.
- Refunds can only be done until the lineart phase, with a non-refundable fee of 75% of the price if the sketch is already done.
- Refunds are free if there’s yet to be work started on the commission (ex. did not reach sketch stage yet).
- I do not accept any form of cryptocurrency as payment.
